New Costessey

New Costessey, known locally as "Cossey", is a large and long-established suburb on the western edge of Norwich, sitting between the River Wensum and the River Tud in the NR5 postcode. It is a mix of inter-war and more modern housing with well-established gardens, and the area retains some notable older trees, including mature oaks that are a reminder of the historic Costessey Park landscape that once covered much of this ground.
